All EOTECH Product is designed to give many years of trouble-free performance and reliability. Nonetheless, failures do sometimes occur even with equipment as well-built as an EOTECH. Therefore, please read the Warranty Information carefully to understand your coverage and options.
You will receive with your repair:
- Removal and update of all internal components as required.
- Full inspection ensuring product meets current manufacturing specifications.
- Replacement of the hood and mounting bolts if requested or necessary.
- All optics are individually tested and inspected through Quality Control before leaving our repair center.
- 1-year service guarentee on all parts and repair work completed. If a failure occurs post-repair during this period, EOTECH will issue a RMA at no cost to resolve your issue.
