"Unit had a battery to leak in the battery pod, Had corrosion that I couldn't fix. Unit was returned repaired and with other non essential issues repaired as well. Excellent communication."
"Hats of to the EOTech team and Justin. I had a delamination issue with a couple EXPSs (nothing that affected the performance) but wanted to get them serviced nonetheless. I emailed service on a Sunday evening, got an answer from Justin on Monday morning with clear instructions on how to proceed, shipped the optics out on Wednesday and got them back in less than two weeks. Issues solved and I’m back up and running running."

"Bought a used 512. Noticed that the glass was delaminating or fringing on the sides. To be honest, this would not affect its operation but, I knew it was there and it would catch my eye. So, I reached out to EOTech. Paid the out of warranty fee, only questions asked were simply what is wrong with the device. Too easy! Sent it out, got it back a week or so later.
