1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by EOTECH, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 46900 Port Street, Plymouth, MI 48170.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway runs throughout December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). During this period, Sponsor will conduct twelve (12) individual giveaway days (“Prize Days”). Prize Days will occur on selected dates throughout December at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Each Prize Day will open when the corresponding “door” on the campaign landing page becomes active. Start and end times for each Prize Day will be indicated on the page.
4. How to Enter
To enter a Prize Day:
- Visit the EOTECH 12 Days of Christmas landing page.
- Click on the active “door” for the current Prize Day.
- Submit a valid email address using the entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per person per prize day. Each entry is counted separately, and entries stack—meaning every time you return and enter on a new prize day, your total number of entries increases. If you don’t win early in the month, your additional entries give you more chances toward the larger prize drawings later in December.
5. Prizes
Each Prize Day features one (1) prize, as displayed on the active door for that day. Prizes may include EOTECH products, gear, accessories, or other items selected by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies by prize.
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
For each Prize Day, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Prize Day.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, city/state, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or undelivered entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.
9. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, representatives, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.eotechinc.com.
11. Sponsor’s Decisions
All decisions made by Sponsor regarding this Giveaway are final and binding.
