After reviewing all online resources to ensure factory repair is needed (EOTECH Help Center):

• Complete and electronically submit the Return Authorization Request Form
• The Repair and Service Department will contact you via email within one business day to provide:
• Please do not ship any product to us without an RA#. Make sure this number is visible on the outside of the box
• Returns must be sent postage-paid to the repair facility. EOTECH is not responsible for improper postage or missing or damaged merchandise during shipping
• EOTECH will return products with shipping free-of-charge following any repairs
