EOTECH, formerly part of L3 Technologies, was awarded a $26.3 million contract from U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to provide close-quarters sights and clip-on magnifiers for the Miniature Aiming System–Day Optics suite. The award continued a relationship between USSOCOM and EOTECH dating back to 2001.

Under the five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, with five additional option years, EOTECH was selected to provide an updated model of its holographic weapon sight along with the G33® magnifier.

At the time of the award, EOTECH operated as part of L3 Technologies’ Field Vision Systems business.

EOTECH has provided U.S. Special Operations Forces with rugged, advanced holographic weapon sights since 2001, establishing a longstanding history of supporting military professionals with battle-proven aiming solutions.

Formerly owned by L3 Technologies, EOTECH is now an independent brand focused on the design and manufacture of advanced sighting systems, magnified optics and related technologies for military, law enforcement and commercial markets around the world.
