Program Outline

Objective:

  • To grow EOTECH sales in your store.
  • To ensure that your customers are shooting quality EOTECH products.
  • To reward your sales associates for their sales accomplishments.

Eligibility:

  • Program applies only to active/current store associates of brick-and-mortar retail stores.
  • Sales must be in-person at retail. NO WEBSITE SALES.
  • Products currently in layaway or payment plans are ineligible.
  • Product must be in new condition.
  • Sales must be attributable to a single employee. Pooling or sharing points is prohibited.

Registration Process:  To be eligible for this program, the employee must create an account by visiting https://eotechspiff.com/Account/Login and provide the following:

  • Dealer name, address, phone number, and website
  • Associates name, address, phone number and email address

  • Earned EOTECH points are based off the MSRP product price.
  • Claims must be submitted within 60 days of receipt sales date.
  • Points must be redeemed for Gear Store credit no later than March 31st of the next year.
  • Gear Store credit expires 2 years from date of redemption.
  • Products purchased through this program are for personal use only and not for re-selling.
  • Product fulfillment will be as inventory is available.
  • EOTECH reserves the right to increase the value of points at any time.
  • EOTECH reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. Earned points must be redeemed within 60 days of program termination.
  • Sales must be attributable to a single employee. "Pooling" of points or "sharing" of the rewards is prohibited.
  • Receipts may only be used once and not duplicated in any way.
  • Any violations or misuse of this program will result in loss of program.
  • Thermal, night-vision, and the standard power OGL are excluded.
  • Sales are limited to the US. No international sales are permitted without the permission of EOTECH.

Points System and Redemption:

  • Each eligible EOTECH product sold will earn you a 3% commission in points based on the MSRP price.
  • One (1) point may be redeemed for $1 Gear Store credit. Dollars will be rounded up.
  • Product price will be the MSRP value.
  • Once you submit the required proof of sales, EOTECH will apply points to your Gear Store account. When sufficient points are achieved, you may redeem your points at any time.
  • EOTECH will apply credit when points are redeemed.
  • Night-vision, thermal and the standard power OGL products are not available for purchase through this program.

Eligibility

Who Can Participate:

  • This incentive program is available only to individuals at least 18 years of age, who are in-store sales associates of EOTECH Dealer retail establishments in the 50 United States (excluding territories) and Washington D.C.
  • The retail establishment must have a physical storefront address holding regular business hours (no ‘by appointment only’ sales).
  • Sales associates of online only retailers or distributors are not eligible to participate.
  • This program is not intended for retailer locations as a combined entity. Registration is limited to individual sales associates.
Accrual of Program Points and Benefits of Membership
  • Only Authentic EOTECH products qualify for this program.
  • Members must submit proof of qualifying sales to include date of sale, customer information, dealer information, optic serial number, optic model and sell price by logging into EOTECHspiff.com in order to earn points. (See EOTECHspiff.com under Products for current points chart.)
  • Points accrue from January 1st to December 31st every year. Members have until January 31st of the following year to redeem points earned in the previous year. Unredeemed points do not carry over year to year. Redeemed points create a store credit in member’s EOTECH Gear Store account. Members should refer to EOTECH Gear Store account for store credit expiration information.
  • Members must submit claims within 60 days from the date of sale as indicated on the receipt.
  • EOTECH reserves the right to modify how points are awarded at any time. One (1) point can be redeemed for one ($1) US Dollar of EOTECH Gear Store credit.
  • Points may be redeemed for EOTECH Gear and Optics, identified online at time of redemption at EOTECHspiff.com – at the sole discretion of EOTECH.
  • In addition to awards, EOTECH may from time-to-time offer "Bonus Point" awards, credits or promotional incentives for Members. Such offers are not a part of the program’s formal award structure and may be temporary and are awarded solely at the discretion of EOTECH. EOTECH reserves the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time. The offers are void where prohibited by law.
  • Members may not combine, trade, exchange or sell points with other Members. Dealers are not permitted to participate. Program is for In-Store EOTECH dealer sales associates only.
  • Website sales, private purchases and sales at shows and conventions, or any other similar sales which occur outside of a retail store, are not eligible in this program. Retailers cannot collect associate’s sales to earn Points.
  • Online sales DO NOT QUALIFY. Sales must be in person.
  • All tax consequences of awards, if any, are the responsibility of the Member. Participants are required to fill out a W-9 every calendar year and will be collected at first redemption. The EOTECH Dealer Incentives administrator will file Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for each individual redeeming total awards equal to or in excess of $2,000 starting 2026 during a calendar year.
  • Points are not the property of the Member and have no monetary value. Points and awards may not be redeemed for cash.
  • EOTECH reserves the right to audit all proof of purchase data received in a claim. Points will not be awarded on refunded or fraudulently obtained transactions.
  • Only EOTECH records will be used to determine a Member’s status including the number of points held and awards for which any Member is eligible. Members are responsible for ensuring that points and awards are properly credited. If a Member believes that points or awards have not been properly credited, member is required to submit documentation or other proof satisfactory to info@EOTECHspiff.com, which may include copies of firearm sale transaction receipts. Any dispute for uncredited points must be received within 14 days after the initial denial or claim processing date.
  • Each Member will be responsible for remaining knowledgeable about his/her account information, accumulated points, award status, award expiration and the program rules. Information regarding the status of a Member’s account, number of points for qualifying sales, and/or awards issued will be available through the Member’s online account at EOTECHspiff.com. It is the responsibility of each Member to monitor his/her points.

Expiration and Deductions
  • Points automatically expire on March 31st, the year after they were earned. (Example: Points earned for transactions in 2026 would expire March 31, 2027.)
  • Lost or stolen rewards will not be reissued. EOTECH is not responsible for expired or lost rewards.
  • Member accounts that have not had any point or award activity for two (2) years will be closed.
  • EOTECH has the right to deduct any points awarded in error from Member accounts at any time.
  • If for any reason EOTECH cancels any Member’s account, any points accrued in your incentive program account will be forfeited. If you voluntarily cancel enrollment in the program, all points accrued in the program account will be forfeited immediately.
State and Local Laws
  • Optic and Firearm laws vary significantly from state to state and even from local jurisdictions. Members should be aware of any additional restrictions imposed by state or local laws.
Additional Terms
  • EOTECH may, among other things, (i) cancel, terminate, revoke, suspend or modify any program rules, awards, conditions of participation or any other terms and conditions including but not limited to the program rules and all requirements for awards with no notice and at any time or (ii) terminate the program in its entirety with 60 days prior written notice to a Member. Therefore, under either circumstance, Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any program feature.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of applicable rules may result in administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities and/or EOTECH. Such action may include, without
    limitation, the forfeiture of all awards and any accumulated points in a Member’s account, as well as cancellation of the account and the Member’s future participation in the program. In addition, EOTECH reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages, including attorneys’ fees, incurred in prosecuting any lawsuit.
  • EOTECH reserves the right to audit any and all Member accounts at any time for compliance with the program rules, without notice to the Member. In the event the audit reveals discrepancies or possible violations of the terms and conditions, the processing of redemption requests may be delayed pending completion of the audit.
  • EOTECH shall attempt to advise active Members of various matters of interest through its website and/or through email, but EOTECH shall have no responsibility to do so.
  • EOTECH shall have no liability for correspondence, mail, or email, which is lost, delayed, or misdirected.
  • EOTECH shall not be liable for a lost or stolen password, email address, awards or Membership account number.
  • All Member data is considered private and will not be shared with any other Member.
  • All program rules may be modified at any time and are subject to interpretation by EOTECH.
  • Participation in the EOTECH incentive program is void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply.
