RETICLES

0-RETICLE

The 68 MOA speed ring with a 1 MOA dot enables fast target acquisition and provides three aiming points, calibrated for .223 Cal. 62 Gr., 2,900 Vel. Other calibers can be used by determining the ranges. With shotguns, the ring approximates shot patterns, which vary based on choke and shell type.

DCR™

A 68 MOA ring with the top cutout and an easy-to-locate chevron at the bottom. Zero your .223/5.56 rifle at 50 yards and the DCR™ offers confident aiming points for up to 200 yards, with an additional 7-yard close-range solution at the chevron point.

2-Reticle

The two-dot reticle includes a 68 MOA speed ring with 2 MOA dots and is easily distinguishable with or without magnification. Calibrated for .223 Cal. 62 Gr., 2,900 Vel. with options for other loads and calibers.

1-Reticle

The 1 MOA dot-only reticle is ideal for users familiar with red dot sights, offering the simplicity of a single dot with the enhanced benefits of the HWS®.

4-RETICLE

This ballistic reticle is optimized for use with 5.56 NATO/.223 Cal. with 62 Gr. M855 FMJ rounds at approximately 2,680 fps from a 14.5” barrel. Note that the aiming dots may not be clearly distinguishable without magnification.

The best close-quarters optics

"I’ve been using an EXPS 2-0 Green for my duty rifle for the better part of 4 years. I had such a great experience, I recently decided to try the EXPS 3-0. I love EOtech and believe it is the best close quarters optic available. The reticles and lack of parallax aide me in better accuracy and speed. The battery life is a non factor for me. "Only thing I dislike is the battery life, but that comes with the holographic territory. I've seen a lot of people rag on the fact thst it has an "excessive" number of daytime brightness options at 20. I find that lets me really fine-tune the brightness to be absolutely perfect, and with the size, at some settings, it almost feels semi-transparent, which I found actually useful."

Just what I wanted and needed!

"Put this on my HK MR556 on a Unity mount. Got it beautifully zeroed in 9 rounds. Absolutely love the sight! Easily my favorite right next to a Comp M4S. The lack of parallax and vast range of adjustability in brightness really make this thing capable. I'm not gentle on my equipment but I don't abuse it. I have no reservations about the durability of this optic. A magnifier is in the near future. I've used other Eotechs and Aimpoints with various magnifier from Vortex, Primary Arms, G33, and G45. The Eotech really comes alive with the added magnification capabilities. If you're on the fence about getting one, don't hesitate. One of the most combat proven and toughest optics out there. Battery life is what it is but you should have spares in your grip, stock, pack, kit, or all the above!"
