Plymouth, MI (August 1, 2022) – EOTECH is pleased to announce the Des Moines Police Department has adopted the BinoNV night-vision goggle for use in SWAT and special operations. DMPD is the largest and most urban law enforcement agency in the state of Iowa with over 370 sworn officers.
In January of 2022, EOTECH launched a full line of customized, military-grade night vision devices and thermal imagers for distribution and service to US and select international markets.

Plymouth, MI (June 2022) – EOTECH, inventor and original manufacturer of Holographic technology for use on military, LE, hunting, and consumer firearms, has been awarded a follow up SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) contract for the development of a dual-color holographic head-up display for increased situational awareness and targeting in military aircraft.
This Phase II contract funds further development to produce a system that allows more information to be acquired faster without obscuring the pilot field of view, which leads to efficient decisions and reduced cognitive load on the end-user. Commercially, the developed technology may adapt to existing firearm weapon sights, and could provide customers with new functionality, such as overlaying waypoints or caliber data onto their field of view.

Ann Arbor, MI (March 10, 2021) EOTECH is pleased to announce a collaboration with The Officer Down Memorial Page (ODMP) —a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring America’s fallen law enforcement officers—to memorialize law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty by including Officer Memorial Cards in EOTECH’s product packaging.
Together, ODMP and EOTECH designed the cards to honor 900+ U.S. Law Enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice over the past five years. Each card includes an individual officer’s rank and name, along with their agency, length of service, and end of watch date. The cards feature a QR code so EOTECH customers can visit the officer’s memorial on the ODMP website.

Ann Arbor, MI (January 21, 2021) EOTECH, the leading manufacturer of holographic weapon sights and premium Vudu riflescopes, has been awarded a $277,000 optics contract from the Kansas State Highway Patrol. The KSHP has chosen the EXPS2-0 holographic sight to outfit its new arsenal of carbines.
The contract is part of a group of contracts that were awarded new Colt M4 Trooper carbines for KSHP officers and the necessary accessories for each, including 600 EOTECH EXPS2-0 Holographic Weapon Sights with quick-release mounts.
